Moulvi Tamizuddin Khan (Urban Road) and Flyover

TCI undertook the planning, detailed designing, improvement and upgrading of M.T Khan Road including flyover structure works. TCI also assisted in bid evaluation, award & resident construction supervision of all civil and structural works.

• Detailed topographical surveys, multiple alternatives for alignment, preparation of designs as per AASHTO standards
• Presentations to Core Commander & City District Government Authorities
• Soil/subsoil investigations, geometric & pavement design, drainage structures & utilities in dense urban environment
• Traffic study including data collection and analysis of traffic counts & O/D surveys
• Preparation of tender drawings and tender documents
• Construction supervision of works ensuring compliance with contract specifications, drawings and preparing reports for submission to the client
• Monitoring critical test on materials and other important performance tests by the contractor, review of tests results and reporting to the client
• Progress monitoring of construction work including identification of bottlenecks and recommending remedial measures for timely completion of the works
• Preparation and submission of monthly progress reports in terms of physical and financial progress of ongoing works
