TCI was responsible for the design review (as per AASHTO & NHA standards) and to provide resident construction supervision services on site. TCI deputed qualified and experienced manpower on site to ensure: day to day monitoring of construction activities which involved quality control and inspection of all civil & structural works of the contractor, progress monitoring and reporting, testing of materials & workmanship both in field and in laboratory, evaluation of variations, approval of bills and claims of the contractors.
