TCI was responsible for the quality assurance supervision of the Bahria Interchange & providing qualified personnel & technical support during the construction stage of the project. To ensure efficient and timely execution of work, TCI provided competent full time QA staff on site whose duties were: quality control through day to day inspection, material testing and ensure best construction practices to enforce quality, budget and schedule control over the construction contract.

•  Review the quality control reports, material testing results, mix designs and order special tests of materials
